Prior research has identified the link between strategic misalignment and corporate failure, but little empirical research to date has examined the process leading to misalignment and eventual corporate failure over time. Loizos Heracleous holds a Chair in Strategy and Organization at Warwick Business School and is also an Associate Fellow of Green Templeton College and the Said Business School at Oxford University. His work over the years aims to uncover how organizations change, adapt, and evolve overtime, with particular reference to how individuals interpret and frame strategic issues.
