Exploring Mental Health in Economic Development

00:00:00 - Really interested in, mental health through the lens of economics and economic development, which, at the time I started to work in this field, was, in my opinion, still understudied. I, I think people's awareness of the prevalence and, human costs of mental illness has really increased after covid. But before there was limited knowledge even in econ academic circles.

And, I realized that, you know, many people in lower middle income countries suffer. When I started to work on this, I thought that, you know,
