Primary total hip arthroplasties (THAs) with highly cross-linked polyethylene (HXLPE) liners were examined here in inflammatory arthritis patients. The ten-year revision rate was 3%, with psoriatic arthritis patients having the greatest rate. The most common problems were dislocation, PJI, and fractures. Finally, primary THAs with HXLPE improved inflammatory arthritis patients’ longevity and function.
