Critiques and Challenges in UN Human Rights Discourse

However, over the years, in parallel to the very important work that the UN did on human rights, it was also very much criticized on different aspects of its, human rights work. for example, geopolitical biases, were, often, raised in this regard. And so, first and foremost, in this work, we wanted to,

Challenges of Human Rights Proliferation

And so, when we look at the context of a debate that is so much criticized about this proliferation of rights, going on, and almost no empirical evidence,

And again, many of the, things that were said about human right proliferation were like, for example, there is human right, right inflation, that every grievance now is shaped as a human rights. For example, some claim that there can be a human right to be loved. So obviously we want people to be loved, not to feel alone. But then we have the question whether framing this problem

And if sometimes it goes more on the, for example, sex trafficking is more discussed, it comes, you know, it, it has a trade off with different topics.

And for me it was eyeopening because against the criticism of per proliferation and too many discussions of the feminist issues, you could see that at the end, the system, you could say it for better or worse, but it balances itself.
