So I grew up with, just an extraordinarily, delicious baked goods coming in and outta the oven. But my mother, expanded her repertoire to sort of savory foods and, combined, very strict adherence to the di the dietary laws,

So she took all these, prohibitions, as a challenge, to both adhere to the laws and to cook delicious food. And, the preparation of food, the thought that went into it, and the presentation of food was just all important and still remains the case for my mother today, who's almost 91, and, next week.

It wasn't just one name for all of them. So one became, well, and I was attuned to it because I was interested in history, even as a, as a little kid in a sort of a romantic way, but not necessarily in a professional way like I do now. one was aware of the origins,
