Tony Dundon is Professor of Human Resource Management & Employment Relations at the Work and Equalities Institute (WEI), Alliance Manchester Business School, The University of Management. Tony’s research interests are in the areas of employee voice, social partnership, trade union organisation and union renewal strategies, non-union employment relations, and HRM in SMEs. He also has an interest in HRM and organisational performance and labour migration.
