Beldi Matters: Negotiating Proper Food in Urban Moroccan Food Consumption and Preparation

In urban Moroccan open-air markets, halal labels are rare. Instead, the lawfulness of meat and other food products is taken for granted by the mainly lower income consumers shopping in them.
