Climate change and the Dutch housing market

Global climate change has local ramifications. This is particularly so in the case of The Netherlands. Sandra Phlippen discusses how climate change affects the Dutch housing market through three channels of impact: physical climate risks, climate adaptation, and climate mitigation. 

Sandra Phlippen is the professor by special appointment of Sustainable Banking at University of Groningen and Chief Economist at ABN AMRO Bank.
