Prof. Chu, your work is really exciting. I am also working on similar lines for development of insecticidal genes (Cry genes) which must have better insecticidal activity against Bt-resistant insects at University of Agriculture Faisalabad. However, I do not have knowledge of designing algorithms that’s why I have to rely on already available softwares.
Good to know about your exciting work.
Good luck.
