Julian Birkinshaw discusses Becoming a Better Boss takes a real-world approach, looking at the topic from the perspective of an employee in a real-world organisation. Julian Birkinshaw is Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Deputy Dean at the London Business School. He is a Fellow of the British Academy (FBA), the Academy of Social Scientists (FAcSS) and the Academy of International Business.
