Open strategy-making at the Wikimedia Foundation: A dialogic perspective

Dialogue is essential to open strategy processes, yet these processes have not been researched from a dialogic perspective. We therefore ask the question: What is the role of dialogue in open strategy processes? Loizos Heracleous holds a Chair in Strategy and Organization at Warwick Business School and is also an Associate Fellow of Green Templeton College and the Said Business School at Oxford University. His work over the years aims to uncover how organizations change, adapt, and evolve overtime, with particular reference to how individuals interpret and frame strategic issues.
