Conceptualizing the transformative justice potential of peace processes

Transformative justice aims to change pre-conflict structures for a more inclusive and equal society. However, it is criticized for diagnosing the limitations of transitional justice without providing solutions. It also highlights the challenges in realizing transformative justice within peace agreements. Ultimately, there is potential for a mutually reinforcing relationship between peace agreements and transformative justice.
