Recommend Faculti to your librarian, HOD, or research lead.

Transformative justice aims to change pre-conflict structures for a more inclusive and equal society. However, it is criticized for diagnosing the limitations of transitional justice without providing solutions. This paper explores how peace agreement processes can contribute to transformative justice by addressing structural violence. It also highlights the challenges in realizing transformative justice within peace agreements. Ultimately, there is potential for a mutually reinforcing relationship between peace agreements and transformative justice.
