The Rohingya refugee crisis: analyzing the international law implications of its environmental impacts on Bangladesh

Bangladesh is hosting a large number of Rohingya refugees who were forced to leave Myanmar. The influx of refugees in 2017 caused environmental damage in the Cox’s Bazar region. The article argues that Myanmar should be held responsible based on international law. It explores avenues for compensation and environmental restoration.
