A recent study applies gamification to support small business owners in web development training. The aim is to address obstacles such as time and budget constraints, technical skills, and content creation difficulties. A gamified training program was developed and compared to traditional lecture training. The results show that the gamified program improves learning outcomes and satisfaction. This innovative approach contributes to work-based learning and supports small business owners in learning new technologies.
