A study examines the impact of restructuring on resource usage and services at the Indian Institute of Technology library, Roorkee. A survey-based research design was adopted, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to library users. The findings indicate an increase in the use of restructured resources and services, as well as users’ dependency on the library. However, further revisions are suggested to better align e-resources and services with user needs. This study provides insights into user preferences and the influence of e-resources in the digital age.
