Incentives, globalization, and redistribution

In numerous nations, the structure of taxation has evolved, becoming less equalizing, concurrent with an augmentation in income concentration.
Studies indicate that the expansion of project returns due to globalization influences contract decisions to be more reactive to alterations in tax policy. This leads to a reduction in the optimal rate of income tax, whilst concurrently elevating the proportion of income acquired by the upper earners.
