A study examined medical documentation practices in the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Findings revealed that less than half of supervisors had established written policies and procedures for completing documentation. Strategies like orientation and communication policies were suggested to implement standards. Despite differences in perceptions, supervisors expressed confidence in employees’ ability to complete records.
